Position Summary:

Are you a winner that has a passion for sports and technology?
 
HEADCHECK Health is looking for a competitive team player to join our growth team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of HEADCHECK’s flagship product, HEADCHECK Pro, to sports teams, leagues, and organizations around the world. Your main focus will be to build a pipeline, close new logos, and repeat. To do this, you will work closely with other members of the growth team to execute and iterate strategies in the pursuit of team sales and revenue targets. It’s growth time at HEADCHECK, and you will be at the forefront.

In this role, you will engage with prospective customers by email, phone, and video conference to determine if HEADCHECK is the right fit to elevate concussion management within their organization. When there’s a fit, you will utilize a consultative sales approach to identify the pains and offer impactful solutions. Your adaptability will be paramount as you will engage with a broad range of decision-making personas in the sports world, from medical professionals such as Athletic Trainers to Commissioners of leagues. What will set you apart is your ability to figure out how to win with consistency and professionalism – a common thread across your past experiences.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close opportunities
  • Perform efficient and effective customer discovery
  • Provide compelling product demonstrations
  • Consistently achieve and exceed prospecting and closed sales targets
  • Help execute and iterate growth team strategies
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Take diligent notes and update information in our CRM (Salesforce) according to the growth team’s internal playbook standards
  • Support other growth team members
  • Other roles & responsibilities as required by the business

Success Criteria:
  • Individual sales target achievement
  • Team sales target achievement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an Account Executive role or similar
  • Prior experience and success in prospecting, hunting, and closing in new markets
  • Track record of exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • A sense of urgency and action-oriented nature
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with prospects over phone, emails, and video conferencing
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and decision-makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Sales or personal experience in the sports market
  • Analytical metrics-driven approach
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, G-Suite, Dialpad

Compensation

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
