Sales Development Representative

Are you looking to build your sales career and have a passion for sports and health technology?
 
HEADCHECK Health is looking for a competitive but team-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growth team. In this role, you will interact with prospective customers by email, phone and video conference to determine if HEADCHECK is the right fit to elevate concussion care within their organization. Your adaptability will be paramount as you will engage with a broad range of decision-making personas in the sports world, from medical professionals such as Athletic Trainers to Commissioners of leagues.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective customers for marketing and sales outreach.
  • Qualify inbound marketing-generated leads.
  • Create opportunities for our sales team to close new customers.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demos.
  • Take diligent notes and update information in our CRM (Salesforce) according to our internal playbook’s standards.
  • Achieve monthly activity quotas.
  • Support other growth team members.
  • Other roles & responsibilities as required by the business.

Passions, skills, and competencies would include:
  • 1+ years experience in sales (preferably B2B SaaS) with a track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • An aptitude for making friends wherever you go. 
  • Competitive nature which helps you achieve results.
  • Team-player with leadership qualities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and discipline to ensure consistent efforts and outcomes.
  • Strong technical skills with experience using Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce), and web browsing to drive efficiency.
  • Background in sports or experience working within sports organizations.

Compensation

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
