Job Summary:
As a co-op with HEADCHECK Health's Customer Success Department, you will be responsible for assisting Customer Success Representatives with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to: understanding and applying concussion protocols of a client organization, communicating regularly with clients to support them, creating client-facing materials, day-to-day account transactions and support, and analyzing and developing reports and summaries of monthly data. Your work will directly impact a client's experience to ensure they improve their organization/league's concussion protocol through injury management to ensure success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their current process, areas needing improvement, and then key wins/opportunities throughout the year.
  • Work with teams to develop and coach the adoption and use of concussion best practices with sports teams
  • Work with product and marketing teams in the development of internal product-related marketing and communications materials, tools and resources
  • Assist in providing support activities for new customers including system configuration, data management, content migration, etc.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success to generate referrals
  • Create useful blogs/articles, emails, social media posts and other creative items that can help our clients
  • Create and maintain working tools and reference resources for administrators and end users
  • Manage support calls and change requests submitted to the Customer Success queue
  • Communicate progress effectively to senior management
  • Assist in documenting and managing customer data privacy.
  • Follow established security and privacy protocols when accessing sensitive customer information, including procedures for data access, communication with customers, and data deletion.
  • Support audits related to customer compliance with health data standards and escalate observed data handling inconsistencies to team leads.

Passions and skills would include:
  • Work experience in sport as an athlete, coach, manager or member of a medical team such as an athletic therapist, team coach, physiotherapist or security guard

Job Type: Co-op Full-time; 4 month position with preference to extend to 8 months by mutual agreement. Ideally August 2025 start date.

Rolling Applicants: Applicants will be reviewed and interviewed on a rolling basis and may hire prior to the application close date.

Compensation

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
